Fine Art for Kids (ages 5 - 12)
Students become familiar with the fine art techniques used in a variety of visual art forms. Methods of painting, drawing, collage, printmaking, silkscreen printing, sculpture, even photography are explored and combined. High quality materials are provided so that students may learn the value of using superior tools and supplies. Students are encouraged to explain the ideas behind their artwork and to articulate their creative processes.
Young Artists Studio (ages 13 -17)
Students are exposed to a broad assortment of artistic styles, forms, and materials. Each young artist is encouraged to explore his or her particular artistic interest and individual style while being introduced to projects that allow for a range of interpretation. Artists will develop their ideas into a series of related pieces and have the opportunity to exhibit their work.

Emphasis will be on recycled materials and the study of nature through the arts. Perfect for young artists interested in sewing, fabric and wearing what they make!
